Program Name

Drug Free Schools — Student Compliance Notifications

Program Description

Drug Free Schools provides automated text message notifications to health science students enrolled in our compliance portal. Messages relate to clinical rotation compliance requirements including deadline reminders, document review results (approvals and rejections), and compliance status updates. These messages are sent to help students complete all required compliance items before their clinical placement start date.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your clinical rotation timeline and compliance status. You may receive up to 8–10 messages per compliance cycle, including scheduled reminders at key milestones (90, 60, 45, 30, and 14 days before your rotation date) and real-time notifications when documents are reviewed. Additional messages may be sent if you upload documents for review.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Drug Free Schools does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from Drug Free Schools. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive text notifications, but you are still responsible for completing all compliance requirements through the portal.
